Kerbside deliveries only. Any returns or cancellations are subject to a 25% handling/admin charge and must be accompanied by a receipt.

NO RECEIPT NO REFUND.

Please note some materials are non-returnable/refundable. We do not collect back delivered goods, this includes any loose material.

KBS Builders Merchants Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage caused if asked to offload goods on private land.
